great food in buffalo?

there's a lot of cool history that ties into their food culture. lots of iconic multi-generational eateries, mixed with new aged restaurants from people who moved there on purpose due to various reasons such as cheaper living costs. there's lots of immigrants too. if you look at buffalo from a deeper lens it's actually a very cool city, it's quiet, but cool. lots of intresting buildings, great water fronts, it feels clean, safe, and fresh as well. i like visiting buffalo on a saturday or if i have a hankering for chicken wings or a taste of greasy ass food made by the hands of an american. man, you could get a salad in america it'll taste greasy
