Summer is really starting to peak its head, we have Memorial Day on the horizon.

Any big summer plans? Small summer plans?

Vacations?

I am going to run a marathon and spend approximately a month in Aruba this summer. In fall, I am going to several weddings including Canada (@cody), Germany (wife's cousin), and a couple stops in between.

workwise, i have been promoted so i plan to do what i do, which through past experience means kickin ass

leisure wise, i have a lot of kayaking, camping, and hiking to do, and sometimes together and not in that order. I also hope to get back to AB to see my mom and all my friends who live there.

otherwise just enjoy life, Coastal BC summer, and hopefully good food and drink with ma homies

healthwise gotta figure out whats up with my wrist, been suffering from a bone out of place or some tendon problem, or who knows what, but cant put pressure on it bent like a pushup at all. Other positions its ok, but pressure like a pushup is a 100% no-go right now and has been for months. Hopefully i didnt do permanent damage waiting so long
