    Crossfit tbh.

I used to mock it like everybody else until I realized that Bruce Lee was basically a crossfit athlete and strong as fuck for being 70 lbs

Anybody ever been in a cf gym or ran a cf type program?

the only problem with crossfit is when it came out and for years afterwords all those mf'ers could talk about was crossfit, so it created this disdain which turned into all types of ways to make fun of them. But its not like nobody makes fun of gym folk.

it obviously creates a muscular body.

But i mean, i know farmers who are stronger than any weightlifter/crossfitter friend i know and all they do is bust their ass on the farm all day. Tossing bales like footballs and hand pulling tractors outta the mud
Fine Print: Experience=knowledge/memory. From there thought arises and we act, which produces experience which equals knowledge/memory, and more thought arises, and we act. Its a viscious cycle.

    CrossFit is terrible
Overuse of your joints and muscles leads to problems.

A farm boy could never touch a weight in his life, walk into a gym, and probably deadlift 400 lbs

Good old hardwork is the best functional exercise.

4 hours of hacking at a tree with an axe had me struggling to get out of bed the next day.
