Fine Print: Experience=knowledge/memory. From there thought arises and we act, which produces experience which equals knowledge/memory, and more thought arises, and we act. Its a viscious cycle.

Crossfit is a bad idea. While exercise is a good thing, they take it way too far and turn it into a cult. Their routines overwork you and don't let you recover, leading to injury. Notably, rhabdomyolysis is common among Crossfitters, it's a serious medical condition where your muscle cells explode, overloading your kidneys with protein. The Crossfit weirdos make light of this, even though it's pretty serious, and an indication that there's something drastically wrong with their regimen.

Speaking of working out, recently I've been going to a bball court near where I live (haven't played in mad long), and just jumping and trying to touch the rim. I can get pretty close, with my whole hand on the net, which is decent for a whiteboy imo. It's actually a good leg workout.

I'm 5'10", but I'm white so it balances out.
