I just started taking trazodone you got any advice. I been boofing it like an hour before bed each day

Not really. I take 150mg a night, w 30mg melatonin and some ashwaghanda. All 1 hour before I want to go to bed, and it works out about perfect 45 minutes in I get a little woozy, 1hr I can’t close my eyes fast enough.

Non habit forming, no side effects I know of. Doesn’t really work for my brother but like with most things your system needs to get used to it.

Hell yeah man. Gotta get the hours in. I can fall asleep on command it seems and I almost always get my 7-8 hours.
