    Everything the mind knows is the past. If you recognize something its because youve had it before otherwise you wouldnt recognize it. This recognition/memory of knowing it before prevents you from seeing it new. Similarly, an experience is only recognized as an experience because youve had one before, otherwise you wouldnt know it was one. So experiences arent new. They are dead continuations of the past. You wont find change in the past. Dont seek a change through experiences.

    Nothing is perfect but I initially did it for myself and was surprised how many listens and followers I got so I'm tryna take it more serious now

    Instead of freestyling every show you should have something more scripted with improvisation. It will make the podcast flow. Thereís lots of pausing and silent moments that seem awkward. Some pauses are good for effect though. You have a good voice for radio though. Deep tone. Your enunciation and accent are great too. I chuckled at your episode with Cam your nephew lol
