Years later a recording surfaced of Kanye at a Grammys after party talking about how when he heard Em's verse on Forever, he had to rewrite his own verse.

It always sounded a bit like Em was dissing Kanye when he references Ye taking the mic from Taylor Swift, but now its obvious it was a direct shot at Kanye himself.
