    My titties are getting smaller as the weeks progress.

    Finally started to try and tone down this dad bod and for the last month (maybe longer) Iíve been working out and seeing some results. Mostly beginners shit but between benching, cutting calories, jumping on the exercise bike for an hour 3 or 4 days a week, arm workouts, and core workouts I can see my chest slowly flattening. Also see a significant change happening to my muffin top.

    Not looking for huge gains really but just trying to work on getting more energy and strengthen up some muscles I havenít used in a while and strengthen up my core.

    I havenít gone full health nut but I have changed up my eating habits, cut down on snacking and sugar, and havenít eaten red meat in about a month.

    My triceps are weak though to nearly non existent so anyone got any tips on some tricep work outs to help me build that up?

    Triceps are easy bro. Push ups and dips. Weighted if possible.

    Yeah creatiNe is definitely important for muscle building. Otherwise you have to supplement a million things.

    I didnít cut it out entirely just havenít had it for a while. One of my closest uncles had a blood pressure scare and higher than normal triglycerides so me and the wifey realized weíre not that young anymore and have been watching what we eat more closely. Iím just trying to get some energy back but definitely not giving up red meat entirely.

    Yessir. Calisthenics is key. Push ups. Sits ups. Air squats. Dips. Pull ups. Planks. Lunges.

    Do all that on a routine and mix in some yoga for breathing balance and flexibility.

    Yeah

    Keeping a low body fat % is more important to me these days than gains.

    Gains is a vanity thing that'll send you down a dumb path if you get too wrapped up in it. Being ripped has serious diminishing returns at a certain point.

    Bodybuilders croaking at my age en masse lately was a wake up call.

    Congrats though, man. Keep it up.
