Myers Briggs Personality Tests.... You put any stock in them?

    https://www.16personalities.com/

That is a link to a condensed version of the test. I've taken the full test before, and I've also taken other condensed versions and I always end up getting INFP.

When I first encountered the test, I was super into it. It seemed so spot on. But I started to wonder if it was just telling me what I want to hear so I had some other people take it so I could compare their results and see if I thought it matched up.

I was honestly pretty surprised when my baby momma ended up being the most compatible type for me to be in a relationship with, and my best friend is an INFJ which is supposedly my most compatible type for friendship.

As I said, I always get INFP. INFP-T to be exact. The "T" standing for Turbulent as opposed to Assertive. Turbulent means self conscious, perfectionist, always trying to better yourself because you never feel good enough, while assertive means calm, self assured and resistant to stress.

The name for the INFP type overall is Mediator.

People with rich inner lives. Creative. Poetic. Strong intuition and understanding of others, but likely to feel lonely and misunderstood themselves. High empathy. Strongly value authenticity. Take on the emotions of others. (which hit the nail on the head. I hate when my girl is in a bad mood the way I hated when my mom was in a bad mood. It bleeds into me. I feel it in the pit of my stomach.) Prone to day dreaming and mentally exploring every option as opposed to taking action which can lead to feeling frustrated and unfulfilled. Very capable of reason and logic but generally ruled by powerful emotions.

heres a link to my results if you care
    https://www.16personalities.com/infp-personality

    only 9% extroverted to 91% introverted.......lol

90% intuitive and only 10% observant

    22% thinking to 78% feeling

    21% judging to 79% prospecting

and only 11% assertive to 89% turbulent

Also, I learned that my type performs worst of all under pressure.

    Turns out

    Im not clutch.

    Yea it’s accurate IMO

My employer requires us all to take this test. It’s posted on everyone’s office and cubicle.

Mine is INFJ-A (assertive advocate) which is the rarest of them all and is the reason I constantly succeed - the more useful you are to society, the easier to level up.

    Traits: Introverted – 52%, Intuitive – 58%, Feeling – 66%, Judging – 90%, Assertive – 85%
    Role: Diplomat
    Strategy: Confident Individualism

    lol damn bro

according to the test we're supposed to be super compatible as friends. You the exact same type as my best friend Cramer. He is INFJ-A also

He was just a lil more introverted and a lil less assertive if my memory serves.

In another world we could have been great pals

    what a wild world

Bro - I just like to troll a bit on here. Don’t take it personal. The only person on here I truly do not fuck with is H2O and for all I know, he’s somewhere dead.

Fine Print: Experience=knowledge/memory. From there thought arises and we act, which produces experience which equals knowledge/memory, and more thought arises, and we act. Its a viscious cycle.

A Protagonist (ENFJ) is a person with the Extraverted, Intuitive, Feeling, and Judging personality traits. These warm, forthright types love helping others, and they tend to have strong ideas and values. They back their perspective with the creative energy to achieve their goals

    TYPE: Turbulent Protagonist
    CODE: ENFJ-T
    ROLE: Diplomat
    STRATEGY: Social Engagement

    Hmm.

    Cool.

Plus there’s no way to gauge people are answering these online ones honestly.

The only true personality tests are one’s done by a polygraphist with the subject hooked up to a machine. Although they can be beaten too, the chances of dishonesty fall exponentially.
