Some guy in a video on youtube was saying in next decade theyre going to start "roaming lockdowns" i cant remember if i heard it was for saving resources, or as some environmental protection thing. And youd be restricted to a quadrant of the city you live in and have to register to leave it.
It seems to me that might work in canada/europe etc etc but would that work in the US?
