      visual effects, painting, lighting, animation, how shows are produced, 3d applications, digital imaging, digital video, fx compositing, how to do FX, how to shoot video for FX.

      Boxing.

      I'm not particularly tall (5'9 - 5'10) and had issues sparring with rangier guys.

      It pushed me to really become a student of the sport and learn 5x more than my peers.
