What are your most life changing recent purchases

Post by Aby »

I got one of those portable home saunas off Amazon on sale for like $250

Sitting in steam for like 15 mins actually really does the body great.. i always avoided it at the gym cuz you always hear about weird things going down in them

But it’s pretty cool to have one at home.. just gotta make sure you clean the steam thing daily cuz you don’t wanna fuck yourself up with mold

Might think about getting an ice plunge for the morning

I’ve been hearing so much ice plunge / ice bath hate recently but people are tripping

Was having some muscle issues and ice plunge is the only thing that cured it

Ice baths / cryotherapy >>

It sure isn’t comfortable at the time but my gawd you feel brand new and can do things you never thought possible

Also, I love the sauna as well for different reasons

As for what I bought, not sure having been needing much lately. We bought this amazing make up dresser that’s a game changer I guess.

Don’t really buy nicks and nacks these days unless I really need something, trying to not over consume which has def been a problem with me

Yeah cryotherapy is definitely fire

It’s just it’s still so new around here there are limited places that do it, so it’s hard to even get in unless you commit to a full membership

Copped a stanbyme by LG for the backyard.

Shit is perfect. Can roll it out on the patio and kick back, pull up the directv app and watch tv. Then when you’re done you take it back inside. Image

Trip to Japan I suppose but that’s not life-changing. Haven’t made any life-changing purchases really

Buying the Maserati, it got me connected with a lot of people who own their own businesses. It’s actually helped with my networking as well as get me in contact with people that know how to make money.

you don't have to be up their butt - but knowing you have rapport with people in higher places is a great feeling.

surrounding yourself with the right people who have purpose and direction holds a lot of value

i feel very strongly about this

Correct. I stopped hanging out with cops almost altogether. Can’t stand the mindset they mostly have.

Now I’m surrounded by business owners, real estate investors, and entrepreneurs- just gotta get my wife on board with risking a little coin

You guys are around intense feelings of distress and trauma daily, i'm sure it's easy to get caught up in that state of mind and kind of lose yourself in the process.

that's awesome you recognized you needed a switch up, i'm not sure most do

definitely a good idea to invest with others on the same page.. especially when they have the same thing to lose. you can trust it more.

happy for you!
