I only use AI when I need a tone-check when I’m about to get in somebody ass via email
Other than that, ironically I use it to highlight important pieces of lengthy, wordy, and poorly written responses from customers.

we are looking at using Palo Alto to implement AI protection and help us manage end-user policy. are you currently using anything at work?
We used to have in house IT, but we’ve outsourced it and it’s funny you asked that because I just asked them to approve Claude for M365 today and it triggered a chain of events I wasn’t expecting lol.

lol yep. . . i see the writing on the wall with AI
I read an article about a county Clerk in Alabama that was allowing AI to approve or deny indigency for legal assistance in pro se filings. the AI was granting approvals and denials based on what race they marked down on the application and applying national median income averages for minorities vs white people
we hired an outside auditor to run an AI health check on our network and found that people have been using AI, but so far nothing has been a breach of CJIS or NIST requirements.
It was a big wake up call though. We have black listed a lot of AI sites. We are migrating from an on-prim exchange server to Office 365 and we are discussing whether or not we are going to allow co-pilot or not
