How does it work, say i pay for one of the ais, I get it to build me a game. Is the game mine? Do I have freedom to sell and make money off of it? Or do I owe royalties to the ai company?

if the AI TOS does not explicitly say you will owe royalties for profiting off its services then no, there is no US law that states you owe the AI tool any royalties.

Most AI game‑making tools charge a subscription or per‑use fee, but they do not automatically take a royalty from your game sales unless stated in their contract.

its all in the details of the 'commercial rights' terms of services

also, you can only copywrite human made parts of the software. This means competitors can copy AI‑only assets without liability, and you cannot claim copyright over them.

Start a YouTube channel about anything and get a premium subscription to Claude and Higgsfield.. Claude for the workflow agent and Higgsfield for video image creating/editing.. then you can connect them together so Claude automatically creates everything for you in Higgsfield

Man that higgsfield app made all CGI of the last 40 years irrelevant

Lol, just wait until you guys see what's coming to market in 2027 man. Just imagine, hypothetically, literal robots that will be infused with the latest LLMs so not only will they be able to immediately draw from the most current information, but they have access to all open-source information, every book ever written, every decision ever documented AND they have the same degrees of freedom as a human.

You guys are talking about using chatgpt and claude for coding while something much more interesting is manifesting.
