It’s important to fill your own cup and have time for health & wellness, friends, family, personal grooming, hobbies etc

Working from home doesn’t mean sitting around doing nothing, it actually makes the burden worse sometimes because you are working all around the clock instead of clocking in and out of a workspace.

Even with a nanny, and help, even taking care of 1 toddler can be difficult when juggling all those things.

If you throw frozen food in the microwave, and put your kids in front of a tv/tablet/phone and put no work into your self.. yes, childcare is a breeze

They never found any of her DNA on the exercise bands that the kids were tied up with, BUT, they did find the fathers DNA on those exercise bands.
